Head of Corporate Identity, Heritage & Historical Archive of Generali

I serve as the Group Head of Corporate Identity for insurance multinational Generali and CEO of The Human Safety Net Foundation. With over twenty years of experience in reputation management, media, stakeholder and community engagement, through my work, I have always followed the belief that an organisation's reputation depends on consistently bringing its purpose to life.
This has lead me to take Generali's engagement in communities to the next level, by redirecting the Group’s global strategic philanthropy through Generali’s Foundation, The Human Safety Net. It focuses on social impact, unlocking people potential and promoting an open net of people helping people. Present today in 26 countries and working alongside more than 80 NGOs and social enterprises, it works through partnerships, activating relevant company business, financial and human resources towards shared goals, focusing on social mobility, early childhood development and integration for refugees through entrepreneurship and employment training programmes. In Venice, I have cooperated with social entrepreneurs, architects and designers to shape a new hub for social innovation, the Home of the Human Safety Net, hosted in Generali’s Procuratie Vecchie, mobilising experts, NGOs and civil society to tackle issues related to human potential and equal life chances.
I am responsible for Corporate Identity in the Group Communications function at Holding level, looking after institutional campaigns and initiatives, the group's sponsorship global footprint, as well as the artistic collections and archives of Generali, which recently celebrated its 190th anniversary.
Prior to joining the company, I worked in consulting and advised both national and multi-national companies and institutions around reputation, issue and stakeholder management across different industries. I was born in Italy, hold dual Italian and British nationality and obtained a BA Honours and MA in Oriental Studies, Chinese from the University of Oxford. I am a Board Member of Social Impact Agenda per l'Italia, of the Regenerative Society Foundation and of the Venice World Capital of Sustainability Foundation; Member of the Adecco Group Innovation Foundation Braintrust; Member of the Early Childhood Regional Networks Fund Steering Committee.
I am passionate about my work, an intrapreneur at heart and curious to keep on learning and improving by engaging across cultures and disciplines, reaching through to people around what matters most to them and creating lasting impact, in all the work I do.
