Impact² 2026

Terms and Conditions of Participation

By registering for and participating in Impact² 2026, each participant acknowledges having read these terms and conditions and agrees to comply with them. These provisions aim to ensure the smooth running of the event, guarantee participant safety, and maintain a respectful, inclusive, and professional environment.

Impact² 2026, organized by INCO Group, will take place on May 21, 2026, at Paris City Hall (Hôtel de Ville de Paris). The organizers reserve the right to adapt the program, speaker lineup, schedule, session formats, or venues if circumstances require. Any major changes will be communicated in advance whenever possible.

The event is free of charge; however, access is subject to prior registration and confirmation. Registration is personal and may be canceled in the event of non-compliance with these terms, logistical constraints, security requirements, or capacity limits. Access to the venue may be subject to identity checks and specific instructions imposed by the venue or public authorities. Any participant who refuses to comply with security rules may be denied access or excluded from the event.

Recording, Image Rights, and Media Use

Impact² is a public event subject to photographic and audiovisual recording. By participating, each individual acknowledges that they may appear in images or videos produced during the event, including speaker sessions, audience shots, networking moments, and general atmosphere footage.

Participants expressly authorize INCO Group to use their image, voice, and likeness, without time limitation, geographical restriction, or financial compensation, for editorial, institutional, promotional, media, and archival purposes. This authorization applies to all current and future media, including websites, social media platforms, printed materials, audiovisual productions, and partner media.

Personal recordings are permitted for private use, provided they do not disrupt the event, respect participants’ privacy, and do not constitute a full recording of a session without prior written authorization.

Accessibility and Inclusion for Persons with Disabilities

Impact² 2026 will take place at Paris City Hall, a venue accessible to persons with disabilities. The organizers are committed to providing an environment that enables the most inclusive participation possible, including facilitating access for individuals with reduced mobility, allowing guide dogs, and making an on-site support team available.

Sessions will be held in French and English. Comfort amenities such as Wi-Fi access, electrical outlets, and adapted food options will be available. Participants with specific accessibility or support needs are encouraged to contact the organizing team in advance at: com@inco-group.co.

Code of Conduct — Respect, Inclusion, and Safety

Impact² is founded on respect, inclusion, diversity, and constructive dialogue. All participants—whether attendees, speakers, partners, or staff—are expected to behave in a responsible, respectful, and professional manner.

No discriminatory, harassing, intimidating, aggressive, or inappropriate behavior will be tolerated. This includes, but is not limited to, offensive remarks related to gender, age, disability, origin, religion, sexual orientation, or any other personal characteristic, as well as any form of intimidation, unwanted sexual advances, intentional disruption of sessions, intrusive photography or recording, or inappropriate physical contact.

Any person who experiences or witnesses behavior contrary to these principles is encouraged to immediately inform an identifiable member of the Impact² team. All reports will be handled seriously, confidentially, and promptly. The organizers reserve the right to take any appropriate action, including immediate exclusion from the event and, where applicable, notification of the relevant authorities.

Liability and Limitations

The organizers of Impact² disclaim all liability in the event of loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings. Although all reasonable precautions are taken to ensure participant safety, no liability may be incurred in the event of an accident, injury, illness, or medical incident occurring during the event.

The opinions expressed by speakers and the decisions made by participants as a result of the content presented are solely their own responsibility.

Force Majeure and Event Adaptation

In the event of force majeure or exceptional circumstances such as a public health crisis, administrative decision, strike, natural disaster, or any other event beyond the organizers’ control, Impact² may be postponed, modified, transformed, or canceled without the organizers incurring liability.
